Bombs??...Again??

Thank God i spoke to Wong first and watched d news after dat...was thinking of going somewhere nearby there to buy stuffs for people back home...

"Police say two separate explosive devices have been found in cars parked in London's West End.
The first bomb, made of 60 litres of petrol, gas cylinders and nails, was found in a Mercedes outside a night club in Haymarket at 0130BST (0030GMT).
Police say a second device was found in a Mercedes in a car park in Park Lane after it was towed away from Cockspur Street, close to Trafalgar Square.
Both devices were "viable" and "clearly linked", police said.
Deputy Assistant Commissioner Peter Clarke, head of Scotland Yard's counter-terrorism command, said the discovery of the second device was "obviously troubling".
"There was a considerable amount of fuel and gas canisters, as in the first vehicle. There was also a substantial quantity of nails," he said.
Parking ticket
An ambulance crew spotted smoke inside the first metallic green Mercedes by chance after they were called to the Tiger Tiger night club to help a sick person.
Police then defused a bomb inside.
The second device was found in a blue 280E model Mercedes. It was given a parking ticket at 0230BST on Friday after being found illegally parked in Cockspur Street.
The vehicle was then towed to the Park Lane car pound at about 0330BST.
The BBC's Daniel Sandford said police were alerted to it after staff who had heard about the Haymarket bomb noticed a strong smell of petrol coming from it.
Park Lane was closed for much of the afternoon while bomb squad officers checked the vehicle and was eventually reopened at 1930BST.
The Haymarket area remains closed as dozens of officers carry out forensic searches. The first Mercedes is being tested at the Forensics Explosives Laboratory in Kent and the second has now been towed away for examination.
CCTV footage from Haymarket is also being examined and police are believed to be making some progress towards getting an image of the driver. " -BBC NEWS-

I HATE LONG DAYS!!

hey guys..how u all doing ?? im still feeling tired...tired from all d bloody work i had since d last 3days...i cant stand doing long days...nites is ok but long days...sigh...n to make matters worse, yesterday was a bz day...n i mean really damn bz...coz one of the A&E in a nearby hospital is close due to refurbishment so all directed to our hospital...dammit...
Ward was nearly full when i took over...den my snt sister is on leave and dat damn B**** head nurse is around instead...harassing me with dumb question like..."r u taking patients as well wati?" of coz lah u dumb ass...so many pts wat...den give all to my juniors to do is it?? think im so heartless as u is it ?? duh....and also ask me "can u follow d rounds then?"...n i told her " i follow watever rounds that i can"....wat???u so free...babbling away...u follow rounds lah...duh....
luckily i got good staff on with me...once she stops harassing...we all finish our morning routines by 11am n i still managed to follow most of the pts' rounds...
Pts in A&E were piling up...till not enuff space to put in my ward...wat to do...ward rounds finished late...den started to identiofy pts that can be moved off d wards...5 of them...of coz cannot hurry hurry mah...drs need to fill up transfers forms n contacts d respective teams to take over pts' care....n den have to wait for porters to come to help with transfers...n den dis B**** disturbed me again...calling me..."wati, r the pts moving yet??, A&E is piling up"...i know dat...wat she think im dumb or sumting?? jus told her im waiting for porters...n den after i put down d phone...i started mimicking her...in front of my registrar n my staff...dey all start laughing...hey...i need something to cheer me up hahaha..
And d whole day passed by like dat...yesterday was apparently d longest day...solstice day...n yes it was definitely a damn long day hahaha....pts keep pouring in...some were quite sick...sigh...
was so glad to go home...i needed d sleep...coz im not well as well since i begin my shift...
Well...im still recuperating from dat tiredness now....i need some fresh air but its raining on n off rite now...duh...i wanna go out...craving for fried rice n sushi n cakes hahaha

What Went Wrong ??

Off today, woke up n decided to go out, hoping it will be a sunny day despite yesterday and d day b4 reports of rain....watch d weather report again this morning and yup, will still rain... anyway, what d heck...juz take d risk n go out...but bring along an umbrella...forget abt the sunglasses and hat and skirt....well...it was a bit gloomy in the morning....guess wat....still sunny till now...not even a single drop of rain....n this happened a few times as well...last week i think.... wat went wrong?? weather so unpredictable till weather report is all false now?? thank god i am stubborn enuff to ignore the report and go out hehehehe...hmmmm...wonder how it feels like if weather report says it is all sunny and then started raining heavily ?? how would those people wearing little clothes and decided to go sun tanning and picnic feel ?? now dat would be nice hahaha...
P.S. I've made up my mind... :)

Freak..

Oh god...first was CSI,then Supernatural and now this...Heroes...i finished it...well...of coz there will always be more but till their series are out...hehehe....didnt realise Heroes series is so nice...love it...thanks to wong of coz hehehe...but of coz i am not a "pro" like wong....can finish errr...how many episodes in a day ??? kekekeke....hmmm...maybe i should start watching my old csi series again hahaha....god im such a couch potato freak but hey...wateva makes me happy, especially at times like this...just need something to distract me....hehehe
Still got two more nites to go...sigh....anyway better dun complaint....since i prefer nites den days...actually i prefer not to work at all...but since $$ dun fall from d sky...i dun have much choice now do i? hehehe....admitted a patient from the prison last nite...just 26...withdrawing from heroin...apparently stole some drugs and overdose on them...damn...so puzzling...how can u get overdose in prison...this is not my 1st encounter by d way....dun think i have come across such incidents back home....anyways...hope my last 2nites will b fine...
