Snow, never tot it would snow coz the weather report was either couldy or rainy so never tot it would snow. Still, i prayed dat it would snow and snow n snow....and it DID!! heehee...
We left Freiburg for Triberg and tot Tom Tom would guide as as shown in the map. But clever Tom Tom guided us into the mountainous route instead. And dats wen we met lots of snow...
it all started wif seeing snow on a mountain in a distance. Thinking we'll never pass dat way, we quickly took pics wif it as a background. then we drove on and found hills with patches of snow on them. Got excited again and got out to take more pics. And we drove on n on, we came upon more n more snow till we saw tiny snowflakes falling fr d sky. Got out to so-called enjoy them, thinking it would end soon and then miracle happened...it snowed like for several hours till we see nothing but trees and buildings in white....white everywhere...even d roads were white, which was actually quite scary coz we were driving....but man, never tot i would experience dat. No pics nor words could describe how i felt at dat moment....

Xmas markets were fantastic as well...every town dat we went to, whether big or small, will have some kind of Xmas markets...the main ones we went to were in Freiburg, Karlsruhe, and of coz in Munich, one of d biggest of them all...The markets usually run from end of Nov till juz before Xmas and they are d liveliest during the evening.
So many interesting things to see...mainly Xmas ornaments of different shapes and sizes, candles of different kinds, toys, winter accessories, jewelleries, candies and many more. Of coz u cant have d markets without sausages, hot apple or elder drinks and beer. My fav of coz as mentioned before were those potato patties :)
