hey guys...rainy start to my morning today...n dat someone is working so wat shall i do..hmmm... cooking, watch dvds, go buy some food stuffs probably n play games...well well well...dat shld occupy my time isnt it??hehehe...well at least dis morning i didnt roll all over d bed due to woman's monthly thingy...still...in d evening...decided to go out for dinner n movie...Went out wif wong, sandy n dat someone for some dinner...at a place called Sheckey or sumting like dat for some dinner dat served food almost similar to Nandos...anyway..after dat we went to catch The Golden Compass....d kind of fantasy movie which i hope to like...wat i didnt know is dat its actually a trilogy according to Sandy...
Based on Philip Pullman's bestselling and award winning novel, The Golden Compass actually tells d 1st story in the "His Dark Materials" trilogy...The movie is set in a world where people's souls manifest themselves as animals...which is kinda cool to see different kinds of animals following the kids or adults around....n there are also people called Gyptians and witches that co-exist....i love d witches....d way dey fly n glide while shooting n yet looks so sexy n serene hehehe...anyway....the story centers around a girl called Lyra who started out trying to rescue her fren who's been kidnapped by some organisation and later on ends up on an epic quest to save not only her world but d whole universe....of course d movie did not finish till der since it's supposed to b a trilogy...dammit...hehehe...hmmmm...should go n hunt for d books hehehe...
